Day Habilitation
When a person with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) graduates from the public school system the learning and growing should not stop.
Coastal Plains Integrated Health’s Day Habilitation Program exists to insure that those with IDD continue to learn and develop the skills necessary to enhance their independence and their lives in the community.
The program includes:

The Day Habilitation Program of Coastal Plains Integrated Health is committed to the philosophy that learning and developing is a lifelong process.
All services are based on the individual’s specific needs and choices and are structured to help the person become as independent and productive as possible.
Day Habilitation Services are available to anyone living within the 9-county area served by Coastal Plains Integrated Health who meets the eligibility guideline established by the Department of Aging and Disability Services system.
