The Integration Program takes Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance. If someone doesn’t have insurance, they can still get care. The cost will be based on what they can afford.

Coastal Plains now has a medical clinic with high-quality care.
The clinic is open the same days and times as the mental health clinic. Once enrolled, adults can see a doctor for health problems like high blood pressure or diabetes.

The clinic offers:

  • Preventive care (to help stop health problems before they start)
  • Early care (to treat health problems early)
  • Help with long-term health conditions

They also give follow-up care, help with medicine, and other services based on each person’s needs.

Talk to your case manager to learn more and take the first step toward better health!

We help adults with serious mental health problems like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression.

If you are in a crisis, call our Crisis Hotline at 1-800-841-6467 any time. Your call is private. No one else will know unless you say it’s okay.

IDD starts before age 18 and can make learning and daily tasks harder. We help people with IDD live more independently and learn new skills.

We help children and teens (ages 3–17) with mental health problems. If they qualify, we give them care that fits their needs. Parents and kids must take part for it to work.
We do not offer help for kids with only substance use, IDD, autism, or other developmental issues.

If there’s a crisis, call 1-800-841-6467 any time. Calls are private.

If you or someone you know is having a mental health crisis, get help right away.

The Veterans Services and Supports Project will assist local veterans and their families in accessing resources available within the community including food, housing, counseling, health care, job searches, etc. We will also assist veterans in linking up with  local and statewide resources such as Disabled Veterans, “Grace Under Fire”, American GI Forum and others which assist veterans in obtaining benefits and other services.

We offer a special program to help people who have problems with drugs or alcohol. It’s called an Intensive Outpatient Program and is offered in the 9 counties we serve.

You can now get both physical and mental health care at the same clinic. This makes it easier to take care of your whole health in one place.
