Substance use services
Coastal Plains Integrated Health in conjunction with United Connections Counseling are working together to provide substance abuse services for Rockport, Aransas Pass, Taft, Beeville, Falfurrias, Alice, and Kingsville.
Services Include:
- Intensive Outpatient Treatment
- Assessment of Needs – must be scheduled with licensed counselor
- Individual Counseling – must be scheduled with licensed counselor
- Group Counseling – Monday – Thursday
- Supportive Outpatient Treatment (aftercare) – details provided to individual’s based upon need
