Substance use services
Coastal Plains Integrated Health provides Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Services to clients in our 9 county catchment area.
Services Include:
- Intensive Outpatient Treatment
- Assessment of Needs – must be scheduled with licensed counselor
- Individual Counseling – must be scheduled with licensed counselor
- Group Counseling – Monday – Thursday
- Supportive Outpatient Treatment (aftercare) – details provided to individual’s based upon need

We will even help you with finding a way to get to the groups. Meet with your case manager to find out what we can do to help you get the treatment you need to become healthy.
