Substance use services

 Offered by Coastal Plains Integrated Health

Coastal Plains Integrated Health offers Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Services for people living in our 9-county area. Currently Funded by HHSC TRA and TRY grants. “SUD Sliding Scale”

 

Services Include:

  • Intensive Outpatient Treatment – A program that helps people recover while still living at home.
  • Needs Assessment – A meeting with a counselor to figure out what kind of help you need. You need to make an appointment for this.
  • Individual Counseling – One-on-one sessions with a counselor. An appointment is required.
  • Group Counseling – Group sessions held Monday through Thursday.
  • Supportive Outpatient Treatment (Aftercare) – Ongoing support after treatment, based on what each person needs.
